With Property Care+ When you eventually come to sell your home, you won't just have a house; you'll have a documented Master Service Record. A property that has been professionally managed and audited every six months commands a premium and ensures a smoother sale.

I am a local professional based in Alfreton. I am looking for 5 homeowners on the Derby/Notts border who want to trial a "Hands-Off" approach to property. 

In exchange for your feedback and review as I launch, you will receive a locked-in rate of £99 per month for 12 months and my personal oversight of every detail of your home.

How does it actually work?

Get in touch and tell us more about you and your property. 
If you're suitable, we'll set up the subscription and arrange to come give your initial home health audit. 
A report will be sent to you following the audit outlining the findings and the maintenance to be undertaken. 
Maintenance repairs will be automatically arranged if falling within the pre-approved criteria.
The tradesmen's invoice will be sent direct to you for payment, our arrangement fee is covered in your subscription
This will repeat approximately every 6 months

Our promise - Absolutely 0% Tradesmen Mark-Up

Unlike Letting Agents who manage rental properties, deduct rent AND add markups on Tradesmen invoices. This is different.

We want to provide something more transparent for homeowners who take pride in their home but also want peace of mind it's taken care of. You pay trades invoices directly so there's full transparency - no mark ups added.

Property Care + is paid as a monthly subscription with an initial tie in of 3 months, with a rolling monthly contract thereafter.
